それってどういうこと。。。
脂肪の密度 ＜ 筋肉の密度
脂肪。。。字のごとく脂です。
さて、思い出してみてくださいね。
コップの中に水をいれ、その中に油を入れるとどうなるでしょう？
脂(油)って水に入れると浮きますよね〜。
カラダも同じく脂である脂肪って軽いんですね。
ちょっとマニアックですが
脂肪の密度は、0.9g/ml
筋肉の密度は、1.1g/ml
0.2gの差があります。
例えば
体重が55kg 体脂肪率30%
すると、
体脂肪の重さは
55×0.3=16.5kg
筋肉の重さは
55-16.5=38.5kg
となります。
筋肉がとても多いんですね。
ということで
⭐️体脂肪を落として筋肉を増やす⭐️
筋肉を増やしたことで体重は、一時的に増えたように感じますが、基礎代謝をあげるということにつながります。
エネルギー消費が多い
「やせやすい身体」
「太りにくい身体」
「引き締まった身体」
ということで、

体重と体脂肪も合わせて

avancer do showcase their hair arrangement skills for kimono at the event (about 10 mins performance). In addition, they do make-up and hair arrangement for the event models this time! avancer is in Handayama, Higashi-ku, Hamamatsu-shi. Tanomoki Madokaよりベリーダンスの魅力について教わる。その後、アラビアンナイト２期生としてショーダンサーの道へ。ベリーダンスの動きを取り入れた即興が得意。整体師であるSatono指導のもと、ボディバランスについて学ぶ。地元磐田を拠点にベリーダンスエクササイズとして正しいカラダの使い方を指導している。
舞美 learned about fascination of belly dance by Tanomoki Madoka.
She made up her mind to be a dancer and joined the
2nd Arabian night. She is really good at Improvisation with motion of belly dance! Also, she learned body balance from Satono who is a physical therapist. She teaches belly dance exercise for body works(correct moving of body for health), based in Iwata.

Rin-Kは音楽を常に身近に感じ、心から音楽を楽しむこと、音楽から繋がる縁を大切に活動している。彼女はワーキングマザーでもある。ベリーダンスを学びながら心のままに踊ることを楽しんでいる。イベント当日は、フラメンコフュージョンを踊ります。
Rin-K thinks it is important to feel close music everyday life, enjoy music with all her heart and connect with people through music! She is a working mother. She enjoys learning belly dance and dancing what she feels. She is going to dance flamenco fusion at the event!

９０ 年代初頭のアシッド・リバイバル全盛の頃にキャリアをスタート。渋谷・六本木・恵比寿などのCLUBでスピン。1999年にDJ Masayoshi KIMURAと「Crasty」を立ち上げCafeStyleなAfternoonParty「CrastyCafe」を青山「CLUB LOOP」でスタートし活動の幅を広げる。その後、CASRT crewとして「in the mix」に参加。
2008年から は、拠点を浜松に移す。静岡FMにてClub MUSIC番組をFANCY FMを企画し、FANCY NIGHT、slice、minimumと多数の浜松のtechnoイベントを立ち上げる。現在はlingoにて、主に日本のtechno アーティストを浜松に招き、浜松のClubシーンを盛り上げ続けている。また、LOOP時代に立ち上げたCRASTY CAFEのテーマを実店舗にしたCafe&dining Passerettiをオープン。シャンデリアが輝く全席ソファー席のインテリアは、食文化を通し若い世代に刺激を与え続けている。
He started his DJ career during the full boom of the early 90s acid revival. He played at clubs in Shibuya, Roppongi and Ebisu etc. He started up ‘Crasty’ with Masayoshi Kimura. Then, they started their party called ‘CrastyCafe’, a cafe style afternoon party, at Club Loop in Aoyama. He joined ’in the mix’ as CASRT crew.
He moved to Hamamatsu in 2008. He planned 'Fancy FM’ which was a club music programme on Shizuoka FM radio. He started up techno events 'FANCY NIGHT’, ‘slice' and ‘minimum' in Hamamatsu. Now, he organizes an event called 'lingo', inviting mainly Japanese techno artists and has livened up Hamamatsu's club scene. In addition, he opened ' cafe&dining Passeretti’, a cafe based on CRASTY CAFE when he was playing at Club Loop. Comfortable sofas and shiny chandeliers, the restaurant excites and inspires young people through food culture and it’s stylish interior.
